The First episode of the Rare obscired 1995 BLT Productions/Ocean Dub version of the Original Dragonball Series,After Harmony Gold's first attempt to bring the Dragonball franchise to U.S. States Failed,Ocean Group Productions in collaboration with Kidmark and Funimation Tried a 2nd attempt of an English dub,dubbing only the first 13 episodes of the Emperor Pilaf saga,and was cancelled duded to Low ratings,than Funimation themselves would eventually redub the entire series from scratch with a New English Dub in 2001.
